A refund can take upto 5 working days to be issued, and might take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account from the issued date.
Defective or damaged products are eligible for a refund or replacement provided proof of damage is provided along with a return/ replacement request within 48 hours of receipt.
You can request for a replacement for your order within 48 hours after an order has been delivered. We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. Exchanges can be done for the same products in a different size only.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, all returned products will be checked before an exchange/refund can be issued.
